Melissa Mittelhauser is an accomplished business and hospitality leader with 30 years of experience in the service industry. As the founder of The People Haus, she partners with organizations to strengthen people strategy, elevate culture, and design human-centered solutions that drive measurable growth.

With more than a decade in executive roles, including her tenure as Vice President at Hospitality Softnet, Melissa has led national teams and pioneered HR outsourcing and training solutions tailored to complex, service-driven organizations. Her expertise spans performance evaluation systems, luxury learning design, service excellence training, and strategic engagement programs. She has collaborated with C-Suite and operational leaders across diverse portfolios to align people strategy with business objectives, elevate employee and customer experience, and reinforce brand reputation.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership. She is a globally certified HR professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and a certified People Science AI Adoption Methodology practitioner (PSAAM). This unique combination of traditional HR leadership and future-of-work innovation enables her to help organizations build Human + AI operating models that are both technologically advanced and deeply human-centered.
